Refund policy

All outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers, so all sales are considered final.

Exchanges

There are no exchanges because of liking or disliking a product, since every outfit is made to order.

An exchange will only be made in the unlikely event that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only if the purchased item is unused and undamaged by the customer. We can only exchange purchased items subject to product and size availability.

Returns

All orders are final and non-refundable, but you can exchange an item where an incorrect item has been sent to you.

Any exchange or return must be brought to our notice within one week of receipt. Claims made after that will not be honoured.

Refunds

All sales are considered final. There are no monetary refunds, but items can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.

Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
